House in Maruggio

The property is on two floors with the kitchen, living room and bathroom on the ground floor and 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor.

In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed.

The total number of beds available is 6.

A cot can be provided upon request.

The villa is fully furnished and equipped with a TV, fridge-freezer, washing machine, air conditioning, coffee maker, gas stove, gas oven, dishes and pots.

It is equipped with an iron, ironing board and clothes horse.

The outdoor spaces are complete with tables, chairs and sun loungers.

Bed linen and towels are provided for a supplement of €15 per person, with a weekly change.

Cleaning every Saturday morning is also included at a cost of €25.

Upon request, for a surcharge, it is possible to request additional linen changes or cleaning days.

Pets, including large ones, are welcome, provided they respect the rules of good neighborliness. A final cleaning fee of €80 applies if pets are present.

The large garden features a wood-fired oven for pleasant evenings of pizza or grilled meat and fish.

There is an outdoor shower.

Weeks are understood to have check-in from 3.00 pm on Saturday and check-out by 10.00 am on the following Saturday.
